ABOUT ME
Growing up in Spain food was always about good ingredients and good company. Even though it is home to some of the most advanced techniques, most Spanish cooking follows the idea that food doesn´t need to be "fancy" to be outstanding.
I wholeheartedly believe that it is possible to have fantastic food without breaking the bank, leaving aside pretentious attitudes and unnecessary flares, all you need is good service, an enthusiastic chef, a pleasant venue and good company. Good wine tends to help too.

In this blog, I want to share on my journey through restaurants and food venues across Dublin on a quest for the best affordable dining experiences. I also like to travel when I can so be ready to see some surprise foreign bites.
